*Offer Terms: Pilot offer is limited to the first 500 eligible customers. Pilot offer eligibility, including the $25 promotional incentive credit, is limited to qualifying customers who own or lease a qualifying FCA US LLC vehicle, and have accepted the most current Connected Services terms, conditions and privacy statement (“Connected Terms of Service”). As an incentive to participate in the Pilot, AutoKinex shall provide you with a one-time credit of up to $25 (the “Incentive Credit”) that shall be applied to your AutoKinex account and can only be used to pay Tolls incurred during your use of the AutoKinex application during the term of the Pilot. After exhaustion of the Incentive Credit, you shall be liable for additional Tolls, costs or charges as described in the AutoKinex Terms and Conditions. If you terminate participation in the Pilot or your AutoKinex services, any unused portion of the Incentive Credit shall be forfeited, and, under no circumstances, shall the Incentive Credit be refunded or returned to you as cash. Qualifying customers must also create a AutoKinex account, accept the AutoKinex Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and provide a valid credit card for the payment of tolls, fees and any other applicable charge. Customers must further comply to both the Connected Terms of Service and AutoKinex Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy throughout the pilot.
